It was our monthly girls night out last night! Woohoo! Since I moved here, these girls have pretty much kept me sane. They "adopted" me into their little group and they're one of the reasons why I adjusted quickly here.
We had dinner out and even though it took ages (and we were all so huuuungrrrryyyy!), it was all good because we did a lot of catching up and talking! The food was yummy and I didn't even get to finish it because the servings were huuuuuge!
Went clubbing after and since it was a Thursday night, the clubs were pretty much dead. I stayed sober that night and only took a few sips for the drink Ange got me! I wanted to just dance. There's nothing better than losing yourself in the music! I'm not very coordinated so choreographed dances just makes me look stupid, but there's something about going crazy on the dance floor that unleashes the party girl in me! Danced to almost all the songs and at one point, even tried out the pole. Haha.
Major fail. Instead of looking fierce and sexy, I looked like someone straight out of a comedy bar. No matter what I do, I guess I'm always gonna be known as the goofy one! LOL. My supposedly "seductive" dance just made me feel silly and it made me laugh hard out. But it was fun and it wasn't very wild or anything. Comedy. That's the word to describe my whole "act".
